When can we expect the start of development in Phase 8? Would start of development mean sudden rise in prices for Phase 8?

The days development starts in DHA8 prices will improve a lot and also people will forget lower blocks of DHA7. Only buyers will be left in DHA 7 lower block that will want to start their houses within next 1 to 3 years. Investors focus will shift to DHA8 immediately after development work starts there. Development work could start any time now during next 1 to 3 months at max.
