i recently bught a 1 k house there,its double storey ,fully dtatched (there r semi detatched houses aswell),3 bed room -attatched bath,tv lounge ,spacious living n dinning room,seaprate servant quarter- one room on 1st floor with attatch bath.
price for 1 kanal is 80-90 lacs (facing kanal may be more expensive)
10- marla 44 to 50 lacs
allotte can sell it ,can be transfereed in the name of new buyer if the new buyer is/was Govt servant . |
