I want to know what is progress on DHA phase 8 development and when plot will be handed over to owner, what is the estimate price range of good plot i have also heard there are deep pits,i have to buy 1 Kanal plot in Phase 8 DHA Lahore, Kindly provide expert opinion on my current post plus furture prospects my holding period is 3 years

Development is expected to some time in Sept 2011. Will take 2 to 3 years to complete. Your plot will be ready for a house in max 3 to 4 years times.
Plots here cost 42 to 75 lacs depending on locations.
Buy plot near MB6 in DHA8 blocks X near W, W , T near W or S near MB DHA6.

what is the rate in DHA Phase 8 Block W, plot range area from no 250 to 400 and do you have any plot for sale in this area.

which is the best block of phase 8 and which plot will be the best plot in location and feature secondly what will be the prices after its development and whether development charges are included in the price above i have seen the map and think T and V are good block as they are away from village/grave yard and deep pits i want you to suggest me the best available plot i m looking for investment point of view with time horizon upto 3-5 years |

although W and T block are considered to be best but i think whole phase 8 is good for living and for commercial activities . You should avoid to purchase the plot near graveyard and commercial areas . block V has huge graveyard and also there is high tension line passes through so try to buy the plot near the huge central park in the U block or in the w block or in T block. no matter if you buy near boundary line bcz the empty land near phase 8 which belongs to military dairy farms i beliebve one day after 5 years will be part of ph 8. this empty land is located which is best land so far from all other phases of the DHA. |

I intend to buy a plot in phase 8 S block because I can not exceed my budget.I was wondering if you could tell me the price range of plots between 300-500 S block.also I want to construct my home on it.I am not buying it for investment purposes. |
