Just now i have seen news that Cm Punjab have inaugurated (opened) the Lahore Ring road package 11.
Any one can tell is it from Dha Phase 8 to phase 6.
Is phase 5 and phase 6 interchange or bridge opened or not.

Only Ghazi road interchange was opened for traffic.
DHA 5 6 Interchange of Lahore ring road and part of Lahore ring road from Ghazi road interchange to DHA 5 6 interchange will be open in next 30 to 60 days.
They are currently carpeting that part of Lahore ring road. Thet are making barriers on both sides of Lahore Ring road on this part as Ring road is 10 to 20 feet high from surrounding areas on most places. Since so much filling was done to increase the highiet of road side mud wall have also to be covered with large pieces of stones for miles and miles so they done get washed away with rains etc. All this and shortage of funds have delayed opening this part of road for two more months.
