Dear CMY sb, what is the current value of Phase 7 T675. Also, are there any plans for the University in Phase7 or will this land be converted to plots due to the V block village dispute? Will the price be positively affected by having a university at that location or plots?

T675 is worth Rs 45 lacs. University is going to be moved from there and this area will have new plots and most likely 10 marla plots.
