I am posting this again as few of things have been changed and i want a sincier opinion again from respected CMY and others in the forum
Salaam sir,
I am bit confuse and i want an opinion regarding following three options to decide the purchase of a plot.
These are three options all are in Ali Park Badian Road Lahore.
1 - 4.25 Marla plot, 20 feet front .. 15 feet street @2.35 lac per marla (street has no sewerageyet). Street not build.
2 - 5 Marla plot, 26 feet front, 25 feet street @2.75 lac per marla (street with sewerage). Street not build
3- 5 marla plot cornor plot with 23 feet front, 25 feet street and 10 feet street with sewerage. @ 2.85lac per marla. Street not build
I have to decide on of these three. Which one is better i need a sincere opinion.
