Today on value TV new it is announced that there is increase of TWO LACS in the price of FILES of Phase-9. Park-view and Phase-7 due to some news of early ballot.

However i am surprised that why no news about the price increase and balet of phase 5 ext? pls comment and also request other friends to give their opinions.Thanks
