I have 2 M sector shop plot in V block Phase 8. Plot number is 16. Could you please check if it is a good location and what shall be the worth after 5 years. Also please let me know exact location of plot. Map on DHA site is not clear (because of low resolution). Is this plot near 19.5K park on RESERVED AREA side? or near 49.5K Park.
Further, what is maximum construction hight for sector shop in phase Viii and is basement allowed?

18 foot max height is allowed for sector shops in DHA6 and DHA8. I dont have sector shop numbing available yet.
