I need the estimated price of my house in Model town Gujranwala.it is a 2kanal house with 6 bed rooms,2 t.v lounges,2 stores,1 study,drawing and dining,plus 2 servant quarters.all bed rooms have attached bath rooms. it has back and front lawns.it is an old home but very well kept,renovated few years back.red brick tiles all over the front.Location is very good with ladies park in front and model town market is very close.it is almost semi commercial.Respected CMY sahib i really need your expert estimation of price as i trust you.Will pray for you if you can help me.Any other brother is most welcome to assess.I'll highly appreciate.
