I personally feels that its approach is gud i-e from main defence road or through khayaban-e-jinnah road the society is in front of Comsats and next to ali akber group open land and back of premier dairy in mouza fatah singh wala,i have personally done some research on the society and find that.
The prices of the villas is slight high side but the location of villas is also good and quality of material and finishing is exceptional keeping in mind the villas of bahria,dha,eden,valencia,etc
i don't suggest ppl for villas go for plots as they are rare ,villa will not be livable within next 3 years due to infrastructure/utility of the near about area/society ,let the developer launch its second phase becoz the main boulevard will be extended to safari park and their will be link for entrance from raiwind road at that time it wll be very gud society and chances are they will get link to bahria town sector B or C.Keeping in mind all thing go according to plan of society
previously izhar group launched dream homes on main khayaban -e-jinnah next to wapda town entrance,i m not a property dealer i m a banker and investor and know certain material information about the companies which is non public,like projects.I also booked a plot of 5 marla after this research please dont invest on some one recommendation but do research and then take decision |
