First of all Eid Mubarak to you and all the esteemed visitors of this prestigious forum.
I live overseas and have an interest in making a commercial plaza in DHA phase 6. I have following questions:
1. I have around 1 Corore and want to buy a 4 Marla commercial plot in Phase 6. I am not sure what are the current prices. Can I get a 4 Marla Commercial facing residence in this price.
2. Is it a good proposition.
3. How much more money I need to make a Plaza.
4. How much is probable income and whom should I try to rent the plaza out.
Any brother is welcome to give his input and I will be very grateful for it.

1) Min price for 4 marla facing residential MB6 is rs 1.35 crore today.
2) Try facing MB 4 marla at 2.25 to 2.5 crore even if you have to find a partner. Property could be transferred in both you and partners name 3) You need one crore for plaze with basic elevator (lift) included in this amount.
4) At this time its hard to judge income amount. we have just started to see plaza being built. 12 to 15 plaze are under construction in DHA6. And a new one starting every week. People must be seeing enough income before they invest one crore in construction.
