I want to buy a 5 Marla plot in DHA phase 9 from new ballot. I have following questions:
How much is the own?
Do I have to pay original plot price to DHA at the time of transfer.
Can seller ask for membership fee from the buyer?
How much are the transfer expenses.

Current profit amount on 10 lacs booking price on 1.5 lacs advance amount is Rs 5.5 to 6 lacs. Seller gets from buyer 1.5 lac advance money he paid to DHA office plus 5.5 to 6 lacs as profit. Sellers must pay his membership own fee of 23000. Buyer will also pay his own membership fee to DHA. Buyer also pay transfer cost including transfer fee CVT Stamp Duty etc.
DHA Lahore phase 9 5 marla total cost os transfer is Rs 43400
