PAEC society future,

Kindly forecast the future of PAEC sciety in 2 years time.

i am asking time to time that question from CMY but he is avoiding to reply. may be because of BT sector C. i think PAEC will overshadow BT sctor C in a year time because of direct access from MULTAN road(which has shorter distance from thokar niaz baig).

No deals are happening in PAEC society so I am not updated enough to answer your posts. I dont want to post incorrect info. I need to consult with my staff that deals here and they are on EID holidays till Monday morning. I dont want to bother them during their holidays.

Every BT visitor buyer seller dealer including me are blind folded when they are passing PAEC Society to enter sector C so they cant see PAEC Society. So people fail to buy sell plots in PAEC .


From your post I can feel you are stuck with PAEC society plot for a long time and must know a lot more than me. Please if you can educate us a little more about PAEC Society Lahore .

Dear Sir,

I saw, for the first time, Map of PAEC on this site a few days ago. It was posted by our friend & brother CMY.

I believe, because of their location, residents of both PAEC & Bahria Town are going to benifit from each other. PAEC residents will be able to enjoy the world class commercial facilities of Bahria Town & Bahria Town Sector "C" commercial area will see a sustantial increase in foot fall.

Both PAEC & Bahria Town sector "C" are away from Hudiara drain.
