Dear CMY,
I have heard that Army is going to build apartments for their officers in Lahore instead of SD houses after Askari 11 (phase 5 Ext) due to shortage of land. Do you know if these apartments are being built in DHA Lahore. If they are being built I am interested to buy one therefore if you could kindly help.

I am sorry I have not heard any thing like that yet. Even if flats are built here they may not come to market until they are ready for possession.

Well yes this is very true my friend. A friend of mine has family background of Army personals and they have a contract of building some 50+ houses in Askari 11 and they also constructed some 100+ houses in Askari 10. He told me that they have also got the contract for flats. And these flats are already U/C on existing empty lands in Askari's. Few flats can be seen rising in Askari 11. |

Yes yon are right.In future except for Brig Scheme, flats will be constructed for all other schemes. |
