I would request our informed friends to comment on the usefulness of Bahria Square Commercial. A friend of mine has two adjacent plots (30x40) here! Should he hold these or sell and buy one 8 Marla in Bahria Spring North?

Bahria Square is being sold for 70 lacs (5 Marla) by Bahria, few left in the back street (st-5). Spring North being sold 65-70 lacs in open market by dealers. Both are good, I would say keep one in Square and sell one and buy in Spring North. There is good amount of activity in and around Spring North. Go visit both sites and make decision, don't rely on other ppl info. I am not there and whatever information I am giving you is also based on talking to friends. I bought one in Spring North.

Thx bro Khan for your prompt response! As far as I know, Spring North 8 Marla (in front of DHA Business Bay) costs approx 170 to 185 lacs. It was booked by Bahria a year ago on istallments for 135 lacs. It implies I need to sell both my plots to buy one in Spring North.
