What is the future of DHA Phase 6, Whats the price of best located 10 Marla plot especially Park facing and corner.

What are the best located sectors.

why asking about future
see the present of dha phase 6 its on boom. prices have risen by 3 million in last 6 to 8 months.according to cmy its defence within defence..

I think the reason of price increased in Phase 6 is, most of the pakistanis from Gulf, are in lahore to buy property with their hard earned money. At the moment their best choice is Dha lahore phase 6 and 7 or Bahria Town.

Now here in Gulf schools are opened and these people are coming back, what i think is it will come back to normal price.

Still i will say comments of CMY is valueable.

DHA Lahore Phase 6 10 marla ready plots cost 54 to 62 lacs. Undeveloped 10 marla cost 40 to 45 lacs. Corners are 5 to 10% extra.
