I am getting 10 Marla 15 years old house in Raolway Officers Colny Walton Road Lahore. Please note that house is have only ground story.
Please advise what wil be its estimated cost. Please help.

I passed through that area a while ago and condition of infrastucture especially roads were pethetic , I hope these roads must have been Built a wile Ago that is why you are interested as buyer, The Price of the House will vary based upon Location Level and Condition

In Allam Iqbal Town 15 to 20 ys Old well Built 10 Merla House is 70 for Single story and 60 for Single Story Plot 55 to 60
Faisal Town 10 Merla Double Story 15 ys Old Good Condition 75 to 80 Lac and single story 55 to 65[rare] Plts 55 to 60 [rare]
Shah Jamal almost same price as of Faisal Town
Johar Town
12 Merla Double 80 Lac [5 to 10 ys Old] Single story rare.
You can guage the Price of house based on these well Known localities, 15 ys old singlw story average condition house is rated almost same price as that of Plot. |
