I have read a lot on this forum about the State Life 2 that it isn't good, management is not fair, fraud factor is there etc.
What is your feedback for State Life 1 Phase, is it okay, worth of buying and investing? I am interested and looking for a 2K or 1K plot over there, Facing Park. Please comment and advice.
Observations from other seniors and experts will be highly appreciated.

I have done a lot of research one year back to construct my house and purchased a plot there..this is best available location better than DHA 6...i could have purchased in DHA phase-6 but i prefered this location |

One thing i have noted...no one on this web site talk about this very good and prime location of state life-1 rather they talk about beacon house school in DHA 6...location is of utmost importance in energy deficient country like ours...whenever u ask to spend 4 to 5 million for plot...every one is saying DHA DHA..coz all have their vested interests in DHA..i am not a dealer of State life ..i am an NRP (non resident pakistani)and saw state life location on google first time and then later on purchased,,i m amazed how people ignore and dont guide properly just to satisfy their own interests |

I dont know where is PIA if near WAPDA ...then sorry its a worst location...i have rush and a rubbish market near WAPDA entrance. As far as sale of houses are concerned in DHA this is not due to infrastructure but due to big property mafias which bring investment and promote DHA for their own interests.....how much you have to pay for maintenance monthly in DHA???????????????????? and how much you pay in other societies ...there lies the difference........No doubt DHA is a good society but it has un necessary promotion and support due to history of pakistan..where military rule remained for more that 30 years...therefore obviously DHA got more promotion..Absolute power is absolutely corrupt............... |
