Dear Brothers,
I have a piece of land baught decades ago which is inside River Ravi.
Its in Moza Shadi wall near Tokhar Niaz Baig. I think its inside Ravi which is very near to Multan Road Interchange.
There looks to be some interest in the land as one of the agent has already baught land next to this one from three other people adjacent to my land. And he has asked me to sell him my piece of land as well for 40-50k per canal.
I would be greatful if someone (some agent or CMY Sb) can tell me if something is happening in the area or some development as I am in not in Lahore at the moment.

They may be aquring land in river Ravi for DHA town, any thing is possible in Paksitan after paying bribe.
when 7 Lac Cusic Flood will come in Ravi only then people will realize what happens to their dream house.
For that one may have to wait few years. |

@Abdullah.
1. Your land can not, at all, be used for a housing project.
2. I am not aware of the exact location but guess your land may fall into the "Right of Way" of Interchange/LRR for which you will be paid by the concerned Dept./Authority.
3. Some people may be acting on the basis of inside information. You need to follow their ""Modes Operandi" to safeguard your interests.
