Salam CMY sahab,
I am making a trip to Lahore in October and wanted to make a purchase of 1 kanal plot. I have a budget of around 40lac and I hope that this plot is ready in 3-4yrs and it sees the most gains. I would like a property on land not on paper.
I haven't been to Lahore in 5 years so as far as the area goes, it needs to be safe, easy access to major roads.
What are your recommendations?
How much time should I spare for this whole process starting from showing a few plots to finalizing the complete sale?
How much are additional costs on top of this?
Do I have to book an appointment with you in advance? AG replied on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 04:36 AM
@Canada to Lahore. 1. Property prices in Lahore are appreciating rapidly. You have no time to waste if you are really looking for a good deal in your budget. I believe CMY sahib of LRE can get you a 1 Kanal Plot in a good location of Bahria Town Sector "C" in your budget now. So move now. 2. If I have the choice I will buy 2 nos. 10 Marla Plots in Bahria Town Sector "C" in this budget. Sell one of them after few years & build my house on the other one. 3. Bahria Town matches the life style of educated & qualified expatriates with excellent infrastructure, educational instuitions, recreational facilities & commercial establishments (Malls, supermarkets, international fast food outlets etc). Regards. |

Bahria town is a good option, but as you are planning to keep it for 3 or 4 years, you must first make sure about the non construction charges, as per my knowledge there is very high non construction charges in bahria town (around 3 lacs per year for one kanal) CMY please let us know if my understanding is correct. |

Thank you for your quick response. I've never been to BT I think of BT as a location too far from Lahore? Or is it that impressive? When will DHA 7 be available for construction and how about DHA 8? |
