Thanks from my heart for giving caring and writing good remarks. Its prayers of all visitors that gave us enough strength to keep this page going since last 6 7 years. We have to face many problems but we were able to face them and continue this web page going.
I am very proud to say we saved billions of hard earned money of Pakistanis in Pakistan and in far away countries from fraud schemes and fraud developers. We saved pension money of old people that was eaten up fraud schemes developers.
I am also proud that through better education of visitors in real estate matters brought billions in new money into Pakistan that may never come to Pakistan. Most expat Pakistani had lot of money sitting outside Pakistan. They were afraid to invest in Pakistan due to fear of frauds Qabza groups and fake housing schemes. I my self spent 28 years in Saudia and USA and was very afraid to invest in Pakistani property. I had no idea where and how to invest. Now we all know what is good and what is bad. We all know what developers are doing what and how. Where and when to make new investments.
I am proud that every visitor of our website is more educated in Lahore real state property matters than 90% of property dealers in Pakistan. My website visitors are not fooled or dodged any more with unfair buying selling prices.
I am proud Lahore real estate have helped and educated real estate dealers community too. Every estate office you will walk in will have our maps on their desk. Every estate try to do what we are doing. Every new estate want to name their estate like Lahore Estate. If we buy a file or plot . Almost all dealers start buying plots or files in that phase.
