I have purchased a Plot from Ahbab Housing Society in Shadab Colony. Now I want to complete the Land Transfer process by Legal process of Registery. When ever I ask Ahbab Housing Society to Transfer the title of this Plot in my name via legal process of Registery. They tell me there is Bar (Restriction) on transfer of plots introduced by Government of Punjab. I do not believe this statement. I think they are fooling me.
Can any body provide me the correct information regarding this matter (Registery of Plots) in Lahore.

Please go to Kachehri and ask the persons about the status of the Registry. Officialy there is no problem but the land developers tell their customers this story as there are some objections on their scheme from the Government therefore they do not register their land |

I have also purchased plot in Shadab Colony. After paying all the installments I asked the society for registration in my name about 4 years back. They asked for RS 12000 for registration charges which were paid to them but till todate registratin in my name is not done. Every time I asked them they told different story. What I think is this scheme is not approved by LDA as I saw the list of unapproved socities in this web site and shadab colony was included there. For this reason registration is not possible but the Ahbab society are fooling people. They claim to be Salheen of Jamat Islami but they tell lies to people and dont tell the real reason for not able to register plots. |

Thanks MR. Muhammad Riaz. Your Reply is appreciated. These people are using the name of ISLAM to fill their stomach with fire. I think we should inform the public about their SCAM. All their schemes are very low quality and they do not spend money to develop them. They are parasites living on members money. Let us think of some strategy to put pressure on them.
