i am residing in kuwait,,,
i have a house in ch park lahore near (hassan shah da ara),i want to sale that house, i want to know the land price in that area ,this is 5 marla house old construction, could some one let me know the current value of house ,

per marla rate there is about 11 lacs if its on main street, and 9 lacs if its on internal road. |

thanks of ur reply,,actully my friend told me that the rate going on that area is about 5 -6 lack per marla,and i was confused with that,,and if u dont mind ,could u pls know the location which i am talking about,, that chahudhary park ,its near bilal park or amin park the famous chowk name is ( HASSAN SHAH DAA ARRAA)ITS 1 TO 2 KILOMETER AWAY FROM DATA DARBAR..
