Dears, what are disadvantages of Nargis block? It is near to 2 villages and Rohi Nallah is infront of it, is it still reasonable to buy a 10 marla plot for 3 years investment?

You are right.Gumda Nallah is a health hazard. One day it will be covered as has been done in defence. |

Instead of looking for future,it is better to invest on today's prospective.Better also check plots in other cheaper blocks like geniper or overseas b .If ur budget is less than go for 5 marla possession plots in c or b block. |
