There was a plan to build sports stadium near Jallo Lahore in vicinity of GT Road on 446 canals. If any one knows please share, is this stadium would be constructed or project is cancelled ? If it would be constructed, what is the exact location ?

Here is a link in which its location is mentioned as Moza Rakh Chabeel an area between Canal road and GT road near Manawan but it is not sure that it would be constructed or not because this a Govt project which can be changed any time due to shortage of revenue or any other reason. If any one concerned from Govt deptt reads this post can confirm its construction status. Same location is also marked by LRE in his Lahore MAP.
