There is construction of Nala being in progress in Faisal Town b/w Kotha Pind & Shaukat Ali Rd.
When I moved in Faisal Town I had impression that the existing Nala on Shaukat Ali Rd will be covered eventually.
It looks like an open drain Nala.
if true, it is very surprising that even today we have no resource to build covered drain.
Any brother have some idea about it?

Can you specify which Nalla Yu are referring ? Is it located on the Double Road which separates B Block and C Block Commercial?
May be it is rain water drain as we see on shoukat Ali Road, I am sure it is not sewage drain |

Yes Jamil you guessed it right.
It is on B/C Double Rd. I wish it is Rain water drain.
Even than technology is available to design / Construct covered Rain water drain. |

You are right. It can, simply, not be anything other than rain water drain. A similar drain is there in Wapda Town Main Road (Dual carriage way).
