What does this mean to D-12 and E-12, if any, since E-11 northern strip is very close to D-12? Would love to hear from Islamabad experts like mian nadeem etc.

No related with D-12 & E-12.
Northern Strip is acquired & developed by Habib Rafiq Group development standard is very good.
After Supreme decision JV is over now CDA will pay the claim of Habib Rafiq regarding expenses on developmental and land acquisition.
Northern E-11 strip is very close to E-12 & D-12 but part of E-11 for going D-12 we have to cross Northern strip area.
Approx 400 Kanal land is available for launch of project.

CDA is offering only 90 plots in the Northern Strip. There are more than five thousand plots in D-12 and E-11 combined. Just 90 new plots cannot make any significant difference in an area of this size.

Northern strip is on Margalla side of E-11 and looks very beautiful. I don't know if the residential plots would be right next to the commercial high-rises or if the view of Margalla will be blocked by commercial buildings. Only after looking at its new map a buyer can decide if it is suitable for him. I think the price of 1.5 Crore per kanal is quite reasonable.

now e/11 is reality,safe and nice sector all societies did nice job best and inter linked each other best markets and management very nice place to live now golra is also going good the actual price of plots will come after auction of northern stip and residential plots and after opening of margala enclave,still best time for investment towards hills.

today cda announce one crore 80 lacks still cheep,now it is a basic rate of one kanal plot in e/11.

I do not see any reason tio buy in e-11 when there are much beter location plots in d-12 are readily available . A better and complete sector as compare to e-11

Criteria:
1 Kanal Plot
Budget: 6,000,000
Should be able to live in with peace and security in 2-3 years.

Well, I am a prospective buyer who is looking for a 1 Kanal plot in Islamabad. Have been researching online and have observed various and mixed opinions; so much so that I am confused now where to look at.

There are so many pros and cons that I wonder if I can ever get an intelligent advice considering all the constraints and possibilities - good&bad.

Can you please advise, where should I buy a plot if I have a budget of max 6,000,000 and I plan to construct and live in it after 2-3 years.

Your opinions and advice is highly appreciated.
