Dear Friends
I am planning to buy one 8 marla house at Eden Evenue Extension, asking price is 62LKH it seems good house, i am in dubai, anyone have any idea about that society.
Any drawback or weakside plz advise me i shall bi thank full to you people.

I have booked one house 10.5 Marlas 4 bed with servant Quarter there in 2001 @ 31 Lac after completion we got possession in Jan-2004. It immidiately rented. Now Rent is 30K. It is very good and secure society. One of my friend purchased 8 Marlas house in front of Park @ 72 two years before. Next to Eden Avenue Ext is Metro. This is good price go ahead even standard house without servant Quarter. |
