Average Plot price was about 9 Lac one ys Back after that some further development charges were leived, Now peice shouls be about 11 if all Paid , this is about average Location Plot.
I have not seen how much developed this area is , but of Google earth Quite a lot of development can be seen.
NFC 2 has far better Location but unfortunately after minimal development they are sleeping, they still did not do recoveries of development charges which were due till 4 years back, |
