I like to know which is better investment out of these three schemes/sectors which will give me more return if i buy a 5 marla or 10 marla house:
1- G-11 ( fully developed but 5 marla house cost around 85 lakh)
2- G-13 ( under devolped and also, no water and CDA doesn't have water to give)
3- Phase 8 Bahria( good access from GT road), 10 marla house or plot
in F block or which block is better to live or closer to GT road.
I'm trying to decide out of three which i mentioned above. My recent visit to pakistan, i liked G-11 which is close to every thing but little expensive. |
