10 marla house,

Please guide me as I want to buy 10 marla plot and construct a house my budget is 45-50 lakh.

Which area / society shall I go for and can I get a constructed house in this budget?

Salam Bhai, I believe, Sector "C" of Bahria Town Lahore is the best choice for you. You can get a 10 marla plot in good location @ 22 to 24 lakh. It will cost you minimum 40 lakh to build a double story house of 2500 to 2700 sq. ft.covered area on that plot.

No you can not get a 10 marla reasonable house in 50 lakh in any reasonable society. In a society like Wapda Town you will get a 10 marla new house in 100 to 110 Lakh.

you can buy a 10 marla house in tricon village lahore, it is opposite jubilee town. i think 10 marla is 60 lacs over there and it is double storey and on installment. Go and see the location and the quality of their work and then decide.
