They are going nuts because of ongoing INQUIRY in the CO-OPERATIVES.
The Most Stupidest thing they did Last night, Launched the Fake FIR against the Chinar Welfare Society (Regd.) Lahore.

Thanks for keeping us informed, From your post it looks that there is some Rift in 2 factions of Chinar Bagh admistration,
The way you are telling looks immature , keep in mind 1/2 Information is a lie.
Other agenda can be to defame this society so that Satke holders or interested people should be discourgaed,
If You want to share something do in mature and sober style.

Thank you for your input, we value all the concerns/Comments and Opinions, what we believe is that Members are the Owner of the Society and they are the Supreme power. We are not the Party and we don't want to be the part of administration at all, not now, weren't in the past and never would be in the Future. We are the Residents of this Society and we formed the Welfare Society for check and Balance, We came into existence a year ago. Being Members we have every Right According to the By Laws to ask any Question to the Management or ask to show us the Record, Those Records aren't CLASSIFIED, they are Public Records and any and every member had the Right to See, we were Refused or they played delay intact games, they done so many things that by laws wouldn't permit them to do.
If you really concern, Check with The Co-Operatives office or get in touch with Saith Mohammad Iqbal the INQUIRY OFFICER in Co-Operatives. You should be able to get the copies from there. Then you will know the full 100% facts, true picture and informations, then you will not blame, PLUS I'LL MAKE A HUMBLE request to you, if you are a member, PLEASE COME VISIT THE Society and meet the Chinar Welfare Society (Regd.) I am member of chinar bagh society don’t know since when 1988 or 1989 (file is back home in pak.) my son born in 1990 is now grown up. First I was of the opinion that this investment will be useful for my kids but since few years back was forced to replace the word ‘my kids’ with ‘my grand kids’.

Though your post is regarding some corruption in the society management but I was glad to read ‘resident of chinar bagh’ from your post. Is it true? Is it a livable place now? Do all the facilities are available there? My plot is in Shaheen block, any construction/development there? Will appreciate your feed-back.

Dear Aman Karim Sahib, Salaam and thank you for your concern and Contacting us, I would strongly recommend you that you check us out on the facebook and you will find out how many houses have been built here. All new pictures are up and Inshallah in next few days I will put more pictures of the new house and under construction houses, that will give you an idea that whats happening in Chinar Bagh, Plus you can write us on our email address about any issue you may have. Currently about 25 Families are living here, I was the first Resident of this Society. We have faced so many difficulties, hurdles and issues raised by the Management but Al-Hamdulillah we are fighting the corrupt Management. We are the Welfare Society.

Aman Karim: I am writing you on behalf of CWS (Chinar Welfare Society) This Society was formed by the Resident Members for the Members. There had been so much Looting and Corruption in the Society, Your plot may not have the Actual dimension, what you were given or told at the time of Purchase, you do need to come or your Appointed person and meet with the Welfare Society and not the Management to know the Fact about your plot, Our Services are free and for everyone.
There were Big Corruption in the Road Construction, there was big corruption in the Water Supply, Corruption in the Plots Re-sizing, without letting the Other members know. Management divided the public parks into the plots and distribute between the MC members and the other Management.
Then Sui Gas pipe laying big monkey business took place. But we formed the Welfare Society for Check and Balance, we have intention to get involve in the Management Business but we will strictly stay involve the Welfare and Development issues.

Thank you for taking your time and writing us, We are the Members and here for the Members, our services are free of Charge and we want that there should be development in this society and there should be check 'n' Balance in the Society and there should be no wrong doing and there should be Thorough Inquiry for the Society's Matters and all Members should be given proper Protocol upon their Arrival in the Society because they own the Society not the Management.

We have no Role in the Management and do not want any Role Now or in the Future. WE ARE JUST SIMPLY GROUP OF WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT hungry people for this Society.

Well, there was some jump in prices after GAS installation but now the prices are still. So, at the moment its hard to recommend anything.
