These are Constructed houses , market value is very reasonable,
I Cont Comment on quality of Construction, I Expect the usual Complaints as we see in all Govt works, But Price is very resonable if location suits you.
I heard 7 Merla is available in less than 35 on Google earth it looks fully developed and Constructed. |

i m a resident there.
its well developed society,nearly 500 families living there,boundary wall n seciruty is there too.
construction satatus is satisfactory.
price has gone up since the transfer is open ,now u can get 7 marla around 40,10 marla 50-55 n 1 kanal around 90-100 lacs .
