There is some ambiguity regarding Collection of CVT and Stamp Duty I would request respected members of Forum to share the experience , How they Deposited CVT and Stamp duty

I tell you my examles
in 2008 I Bought a plot in DHA they asked me to directly Deposit CVT to Bank and [Stamp duty was paid later buying Stamp papers and Crossing only after writing names and Plot Number] I think it is most reliable way

2 In 2008 Plot was bought in NFC2 Both CVT and stamp was taken as Cash by society office I have no proof how it was submitted to Govenment.

3. In 2011 Plot was bought in valancia and CVT was paid in State Bank and stamp papers were Purchased and crossed as in case of DHA.

4. LDA also took stamp duty just like DHA

Now my uestion is why some societies are or has been taking cash payment for CVT and stamp duty and how buyer can be sure that actually that duty was paid??
Recently I came to know that Tax dept has isses notices to certain societies to pay CVT and stamp duty, How tax Depts collect CVT/stamp Money directly from societies
