A colleague told me today that there is rumor in market that PV file are going to adjust in phase-VIII Z block and some rate escalation is also witness. Is there any? Please verify if anyone has confirmed from DHA office.

DHA dont have any land for Parkview files. Before ballot of DHA 8 Parkview DHA need to buy land for it. DHA dont want to spend any money yet to buy land for all Parkview files so until DHA have land for PV files ballot cany be held. |

That 800 kanal land cant accommodate 3000 plus files holders of Parkview. That land on back of Paragon will be used for G and K block of Parkview non possession under litigation plot holders. |
