dear friends,
i want to buy 1 kanal file of DHA phase 9. can anybody highlight the positives n negatives of the file to have better understanding?

1. what is current price?
2. what is transfer cost? and who will pay it?
3. what is transfer procedure?
4. after transfer what kind of paper i will get? Printed acknowledgement on dha paper or Registery kind of affidat etc?
5. if i want to sale file how quick i can sale?

2- Cost of Transfer is 120,000 RS. Breakup is as follow,
DHA Membership fee = 22,830 , Transfer Fee = 50,950, CVT Tax= 22,000. Stamp Duty= 22,000, Stamp Duty Vendpr = 1200, Documenttaion =1020
