I am intended to Buy DHA5 Ext File. Please confirm NET/NET price of file, including commission and Misc. charges.
I understood that the file price is 32.5 lacs/- and total Misc. charges are 1.91 Lacs
Hence total amount will be 34.41 Lacs.
Please confirm.
Please also let me know , When the development will start and When the land will be ready for possession?

I believe that the development charges are not included in above stated price.

Currently there are buyers in market for DHA 5 ext at 34 lacs and sellers are asking 35 lacs for file. Transfer cost is Rs 1.91 lacs paid to Govt and DHA Lahore. We charge only 1% commission.
There are less than 3000 files in DHA 5 ext. So after ballot it could be developed in less than a year time. Ballot is expected in Dec 2011 or before that. No official announcement yet from DHA Lahore but it is now widely known than map of DHA 5 ext is already made and most of the ballot work is ready. Rapid rise in price is confirming this time ballot is real thing. People/dealers that have close connections in DHA Lahore are buying these files so they must be very confident that ballot is very near.
