I need money for business so I am going to sale one of my property:
1- Parkview one kanal file
2- Bahria town Lahore 10 Marla plot jasmine block next to corner 60 feet road.
Please advise me which one should I sale.

One in hand is better than many in the air. I am of the opinion that you should keep BT plot as it is at good location. |

1- can you buy the plot in bahria scheme without buyers presence like you
Can do it in case of dha.
2- out of bahria ph 7 and ph 8 Rawalpindi which one
Is better to build a house and it's 10 Marla plot.
And which sectors in phase 8 has possession available and ready to construct.
Also, what's 10 marla plot price. |

@Dollarville.
1. If you are buying a plot from Bahria Town you need not to be present but if you are buying from a person who bought it from Bahria then both the seller & the buyer must go togather to Bahria office where they are photographed togater (by Bahria) as part of the sales/transfer documentation.
2. There is a general impression that BT Rawalpindi Phases 1 to 7 (left side of GT road if you are travelling from Rawalpindi to Lahore)are better than phases 8 etc (on the right side).
