sir i have one Kanal plot in DHA Phase 7, block Z2 in the lane of 1560. i bought this plot previously as it suited my budget. Now i have pooled up some more finances somewhat around 2 million. i would now request your kind advise 1- should i sale my existing plot and by adding up some funds to go for some better location OR i should keep this Z2 plot and should buy Phase 9-10 file as i am actually convinced by your foresight about the phase 9-10 projection.
