DHA-8 Lahore Ex Parkview 1 Kanal Allocation File Buyers at 22.50 Lacs Seller(S) At 23 Lacs

Rates on 17th September,2011 and File very hard to find.

There is very solid & aggressive buying of possession plots and houses in Park View these days.

what happened to parkview files? Any rumors about ballot or just a fake rise in price due to lot of nrp buyers?

Parkview will be ballotted with 5 ext ,hopefully in december 2011.
theres only 1500 -approximately files
and dha has enough land beside S Block of phase 8.
dha is announcing plots of various sizes and categories and also launching Z block of phase 8 .this Z block will accomodate parkview files.
price will fluctuate a lot till the advertisement .
and it will get a huge gain once advertisement /ballotting plan is in the newspapers.
