dear cmy
regading the price of dha 5 ext n 9 files i wud like to share
1-5 ext.
A-dha has only demarcated the proposed area -no actual map is there yet
B-date of ballotting is rumor or guess -not a declared date by dha or any authentic source
C- 35 + 15( speculated dev.charges)=price of 50 lacs is too high for unsure ,unspecified plot location compared to on ground plots of dha 7 n some areas of dha 8.
D-its only the name ` 5 Ext.`but practically it will never b a part of proper phase 5 due to geographical separation by ring road.
E-at present expats,propaganda & the worsening law n order situation in other parts of country is the reason for this price hike .
2-DHA 9 its only panic n propaits only panic n propaganda that is n will escalate its price,can some 1 judge the worth of todays 18 lacs in 10 years time ?even if the phase 9 plot is 60 lacs in 2020 its still far less than todays 18 lacs .
