Correcr Price is 29 to 30 people doask a lot,

I think You can try for such a plot near boundary, But such good rtae is only available occasionally.
However you can also try UET realatively good location, It is almost same Location and similar facilities but maintinance in UET is So so.
I would rather advise to try in this budget in Valancia. That is best Society in this area

Corner Kanal Can be 43 to 48 depending upon Location,
The plot near WAPDA town side are expensive and College Road side are cheaper
