We as welfare org, strongly advise you to hold all your payments to the Chinar Bagh/Court Management at this time til Investigation is completed by Co-Operatives, They are giving our money away with their two hands, here & there as BRIBE to win this case. They have Looted almost about 2.25 Billion Rupees over their time period in the Office.
Please contact us before you do anything about the Property in Chinar bagh/court, you wouldn't regret calling us or getting in touch with us.

I have 2k plot in punjab block on 100 feet road, this month i came back from my vocation and during my stay i visited the society.

Can you tell me what is price on 100 feet road of chinar bagh and what is future of this society may i hold the plot or sale out. after reading your views at several places i am confused as you are putting society reputation down.

This month i was planning to buy a commercial plot in it but luckly due to short time lenght in pakistan i was not able to do it.

Now what your openion may i hold my existing plot or sale out and may i buy one commercial plot.

AA. thank you for giving us the opportunity to analyze your situation, We will be so glad to have you visit us, once you are in Pakistan, drop us an email or send us a message on face book and we could meet inside the Society, I am not the only one, who live inside the Society, there are bunch of people living here now.
FMV ( Fair Market Value ) is between 16-20 Lac not more than that because punjab block is not Approved by the LDA ( but the Society Management & real estate agents will not tell you that) 2nd thing is that there is a big corruption case going on against the current Management. No one is taking risk to buy/sell their holdings. Our Strong opinion is not to sell your property, hold on to it and the price will go up because that road is going to link from Dry Port Raiwind to Expo Center Johar Town.
For you to buy a Commercial plot, if the deal is good, then you should buy it, if the deal is not steal then don't buy until the decision is made by the Co-Operatives about the future of current Management. We have our page on face book and we update the information time to time on that page, we urge you to check that page often.

Thanks for your detailed reply but brother i am totally disagree that you said price range is 16 to 20 for 2 Kanal at 100 feet road.

Sir, What about Jhelum block, is it approved by LDA or not and what is appox.price of one kanal plot in Jhelum Block,Regards,

Salaam and Thank you for checking with us, Jehlam Block is not approved by the LDA nor Co-Operative Housing Department, You can Ask the Current Management to provide you the Copy of Approval Letter from LDA and Co-Operatives and I am 100% sure, they will not be able to provide you that.
Residential 1-Kanal plots are running between 10-12 lac but it depends on the Location.
We Strongly recommend you, don't buy or Sell at this time because There is a big INQUIRY going on against the Management. Hold on and wait til the decision is being made.
