This may prove a sure boost up for the DHA-2 Proper.
It is confirmed now that from 500 to 1000 house plans are being applied in DHA-2 per month.
If this really gets going or RESUMED (as the whole project was halted during property recession), then it has a potential of bringing a definite lucrative profit .

This is AD appeared in today's ejang (Internet version of the daily Jang).
I am living in DHA-2 and witnessing a huge construction activity there. Already DHA-2 (inside) commercial areas, the 4 Marla plazas are coming up like anything. Some time ago, a 4 Marla was selling at 70 Lacs but now any of the half built plazas, are on sale at not less than 1.5 Crores, just structures!
This world trade center, I think, is only one in the whole Punjab where gardens & parks are located at the rooftops, like Singapore!

The question is: Shall we believe Alghurair Gega or we should not?

I think there is a lot to believe them, as no doubt, they halted the activity in the past but they "STAYED" there onsite and did not ran away!

I am asking friends to go onsite and please help us about the real situation as I am outside the country?

This time they seems to be very very serious. The rates are very high. Ground Floor shop is being booked at 34000 per sq feet. Offices rate is 6500 psft. yes it is a boost up for DHAI 2. There is lot of resedential construction in progress.

Would you let us know status od defense heights and residency? Your opinion on investing in either of them and returns in next 3-5 years?
