I have shortlisted the 10Marla plot# H-30 in architects society near wapda-II. Dealer is asking 24 Lac for it. Please note it is actually 1 Kanal plot but society allows selling 1 Kanal plot as two 10Marla plots.
I tried confirming price other dealers but they are giving vague statements. Can you please comment how fair is demand as per market rates.
