Case is not finished yet.
They still can appeal in High Court and might be Supreme Court after HC.
Case will be finished until they executed (Hang till death or Imprisoned for rest of their life).

This is pretty harsh decision by Court, and case connected to this was not probed as there was no.
The Truth is
1.These two boys belonged to a good but a broken family and were spoiled.
2. They were involved in Gunda gardi and attempts of street Robbing. But There was no crime record. However later it was proved that they used their sims from many stolen Mobile Phones which Confirms street Robbing.
3. They had been teasing/ or involved in love in some girls of that Mohallah where they were killed. Previuosly there had been physical fights when some people forbid them to come to Mohalla.
4. That particular day they came for fighting prepared with Moser gun.
5. They fired on two boys one was killed one at spot and other later in icu. As later had Bullet in Spinal Cord Before dying he was able to give statemnt.
Both Killers were Captured and Beaten by Mob.
Later Police was called in And they were Captured by Police.
Afterwards Mob got more bigger and incited and they recapturtred these guys from police Custody and Killed them.

This killing was bascially an instant reaction of mob when they were very much inciated by The Killing of Two innocent people by these Gundas. As many were witness so no one felt piety for them.
People dont trust Police or Courts neither any body is ready to appear in Court to give testomny in Court , [It like a disease which might continue many years and might kill you]
In above circumstances Killing of these guys can be questioned on ethically but was legally wrong.
Court decides as per Law

ou might be right and both kids have got punishment in return if they were wrong but no one is allowed to take law in hands and decide what they want. I believe the court was well in check and must have made right decision and we should appreciate and not criticize at all.

I believe if the decision was other way around there would have been more criticizum but in any case we should appreciate the judgment and think positive

@Habib. Lets believe your statement is correct. Still it indicates the negligence of Police.
"Innocent till proven guilty" is the basic rule. Police should improve their image to gain public trust. Public will not take rule in their hands once police take appropriate action.
Now they have to pay the price. Lesson for their colleagues.

I agree that Court decision was legally right, As per law if some Culprits are over powered and handed over to Police then there is no justification of Killing them.
But taking into account all circumstance Govt could have given softer decision as well only law expert can comment how soft decision Could have been given by Count, As I understand in Mob Killing no one can decide which stroke was lethal

So next time you run a signal by mistake or deliberately, mob should lay you down and should beat you like hell & then that movie should be shown to your parents. is that right ? No! you deserve a legal action.

Whether boys criminals or not, court served the justice, so that no one take the law in his hand. Its a lesson for every one.

Do you have any proof about the notorious character of these boys? We did not listen from any news source that these boys were killers. Even if it is true, this was not the way to revenge.

Yes were many proves and these things in well known in media
Testimony of the peson who was attempted to be robbed and later FIR was filed. Person who got injured by their Bullet remained in ICU for many days intially he was concious and gave statement. The Bullet match with the Gun Captured from them.
Many people were direct eye witness.
Report of their used mobiles serial numbers which were robbed earlier was presented in court
They were using big heart shaped Number Plate for their Motor cycle.

We all are sort of developing tolerence to street Crimers no one goes to Police for few thousand robbery and does not follow the case as most think that they work in gangs and if they Follow the case their life is in Danger. One of my friend [ex young Councilor] captured street Crimer , there was an escort a bit away from the scene he fired on my friend but missed and ran away, Later he the Robber was taken to Police station. The Inspector there was well known to my friend, he advised him not to to do such thing again and nither follow the case. The Robber was realsed in few days. Later inspector told that reason of advice was that the case will continue many years and gang will try to kill you in that time.

Pakistans politicians are true representation of a common man. It is pretty obvious through this incident that we are not just vicious and cruel but ignorant on so many different levels we are pretty much a laughing stock around the world. Every day man is corrupt and the nation as a whole is pretty much f'd. Everyone claims and states facts but how many of the carore-patis here set up a fund for poor or provided a service to the ones who are unlucky. Let that alone, I don't even think many people here treat the poor with some humanity either ranging from your servants to a guy on the street riding a cheap bicycle. Tsk tsk and then they complain about justice in the society....

I think, it is difficult to belief in reality when we are just willing to see one side. There was definitely a serious issue why the terrible incident of killing these two boys happened. Just look at our houses and see what our children do, where they go and concentrate on their upbringing. We all have moral responsibility otherwise the training comes from outside and belive me we are living in a terribly corrupt out law society with no moral attachments and values any more.

This is just the beginning Look at Mukhtara Mai case in 2002 6 People were sentenced to Death, and in 2010 all were acquitted my supreme Court. There is hell of difference between Death Sentence and acquittal, To bridge these extremes the high court in between fined 50000 rs to each culprit.

My dear Brothers.

If we want to get rid of difficulties/problems facing our beloved Pakistan we will have to follow the rules/laws set by Allah (SWT) & our constitution in letter & spirit.

1. No rule of law including Islam permits extra judicial killings for any reason whatsoever.
2. Once a person, irrespective of who he is or what he has done, is in custody of the law enforcing authorities it is their basic responsibility to keep him/her safe from any danger at any cost & state is responsible to provide them means to fulfill that duty.

2. If the criminals are not sentenced properly it is not fault of the courts. Courts sentence people according to the documents put in front of them & the statements of the witnesses.

3. The most important thing is that WE ALL SHOULD REMEMBER THAT WE ALL HAVE TO BE PRESENT & ANSWER OUR ACTS TO THE LORD (ALLAH SWT)ON THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT.

Even if the boys were guilty, no one has the right to take their lives in such a inhuman and brutal way. You can't broadbrush under the garb of "Mob mentality".
Those people were savages and therefore must be punished in the same way.

How these street robber/ghunda operates, and how Police behaves in return. If i was among those people i will also behave same. You like it or not, but i have no sympathy for any street robber/murder or the criminals who takes people life, hard-earn money and dignity by force.

While ALLAH knows the best and truth, I happend to visit the 2nd or 3rd day that area and I had learned (from people in area who had no direct link to family on both sides) that these two boys were robbers and had killed 1 and shot another kid (who Habeeb) indicating died in lahore.

The incident happen early morning during ramadan.

If this is true

Questions is what were these young boys doing early morning during Ramadan in other town (which was some 15 - 20 minutes) away form their home town

If there was gun from these guys which proofed the kill the other man, what were these boys doing with gun in other area?

ofcouse we need more people to confirm this was true, but think about it

I haven't been back to Pakistan in almost 10 years but I think I'll be fine here considering how barbaric our people have become. Doesn't matter if they were criminals or not, their treatment was wrong on every front. May Allah help the people develop some humanity.
