@Tehrik-e-azadi, As Atiq bhai pointed above there are plots on the norther strip of E-11, which CDA has taken possession of. They are completely developed and I must say developed nicely. You can build on it right away.
What other brothers are referring to for Malik Riaz is a totally different scheme by Bahria in zone 3 which has a long way to go. Bahria told me they are 'in the process' of getting approvals by CDA. Since that scheme directly competes with CDA, some of us think that it won't get approved easily. If approved, I myself will jump ships (i.e. move from CDA to bahria). The only reason I haven't done so is because Bahria development are too far. This new development is very close to proper Islamabad.
