What is the market condition for sale / purchase of 10 marla and 1 kanal plots especially.

Bahria is panning to start another project in islamabad named margalla enclave, insider info is bahria town management want to use bahria enlcave as a tool to repair its shattered reputation after phase 9 and safari villas mess, so they will finish development work maximum by june 2012 well before planned time.
this is a good time to invest as prices are gona jump once development work proceeds.

There is saying " Azmoda ra azmodan kar e hamaqat ast" expectng good from Riaz Malik is ???? Prices will never jump in nex ten years anyways, with thev situation in the country and tens of thousands plots available n the market. He does not have any NOC for Islamabad and bothe these schemes are in Zone where housing is not allowed. Even if he gets permission from CDA and Parliment act would be required. Supreme court will never let him plunder the poor oeople, he will then offer you to go get a slot in Phase 8 and 9 or your money would be refunded after ten years with many deductions. Allah may save us.

I fully agree with you.

I am not a personal fan of malik riaz, but one thing i know is that he has made it possible for working middle class to have thier own house in islamabad through bahria enclave. I know many people who have bought plots in bahria enclave, both 10 marla and 5 marlas, and these are people who would never have imagined they can have thier own house in isb. Investment in bahria enclave might be risky but its worth taking for people who want to construct a house rather than just an investment.
