Dear All,
Can some body put light on Central Park Housing Society. I have bought 4 plots in that Scheme. I am living in Saudi Arabia. I have no idea if prices in Central Park improved or not yet.
It has been about 7 years since I bought plots and still one two three plots are not under posession. One is in G block and development work completed in that block but rest of D, F are still without development.
I think Urban Developers are very greedy people, they just know how to steal money from their memembers but don't know how to fulfil the promised they made with their members.
I am quite worried about the future of my plots and those who have bought in that society.

Posession of D,F in near future seems impossible. Posession aras are well developed but price not improved. You may talk with the management und ask them to convert your plots into posession areas. You may have meeting with their top management and better to take 2-3 persons with you as so easily they will never convince. |
