There are two type of plots in this society. 1) you only have to do transfer via society office 2) in addition to transfer, registry is also required. So I would recommend to go for the first option only. As far as location is concerned, plot should be as far away from the drain (near main road) as possible. While living in this society you can enjoy the facilites of wapda town, with less budgetted plot. |
